- Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, background checks, and onboarding.
- Address employee issues, resolve disputes, and support a positive work environment.
- Manage payroll, benefits, insurance, and allowances.
- Maintain attendance records and manage leave and overtime requests.
- Help organize training sessions and track their effectiveness.
- Manage office equipment, document filing, and meeting arrangements.
- Ensure HR policies comply with legal regulations and maintain records.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Willing to work in Mandai, North Region.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
