We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, full-time HR Administrator to join our organisation in the next stage of our growth, while providing dedicated PA support to our CEO.
The Role
This is a pivotal remote-first position that combines core HR administration duties with high-level personal assistance to the CEO. The successful candidate will be based in Dublin and required to attend Senior Management Team (SMT) meetings in the Dublin office every two weeks and quarterly Board Meetings. The role is essential for ensuring both smooth executive operations and the professional administration of key people activities across the business.Key
Responsibilities
Human Resources & People Operations
- Maintain and produce comprehensive HR reports and metrics, ensuring strong data accuracy and insight.
- Support recruitment by screening CVs and conducting initial stage interviews.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including Garda vetting, system access, personnel files, and reporting.
- Act as a central point for coordinating company policies and procedures, supporting consistency and governance across teams.
- Liaise with employees to ensure robust record-keeping and compliance, leveraging strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
- Oversee administrative coordination of employee benefits documentation.
Executive & Senior Leadership Support (PA to CEO)
- Act as primary PA to the CEO, providing high-level executive support including proactive diary management, travel arrangements, and prioritisation of competing demands.
- Coordinate senior-level meetings, board sessions, and leadership offsites, managing end-to-end logistics and preparation.
- Support the preparation of board packs, reports, and presentations, liaising across teams to source accurate and timely information.
- Provide professional on-site support for all bi-weekly Board and SMT meetings in the Dublin office.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
- Part or fully CIPD qualified is an essential requirement.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a busy HR department.
- Very strong reporting skills and proven experience in HR data management.
- Previous experience of working as a PA to C-Suite level.
- Demonstrable experience conducting interviews.
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Irish employment legislation.
- A confident, articulate communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient across a variety of tools and systems including G-Suite and Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to manage multiple projects, work to deadlines, and prioritise as needed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
