Hr Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Help prepare reports for HR metrics and assist in the analysis of data as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee training sessions, wellness programs, and other HR-related events.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
