Your Impact

  • Ensuring an Efficient HR Administration: Managing contracts, time tracking, certificates, HR documentation, as well as general administrative tasks.

  • Developing and Optimizing HR Policies and Processes: Creating, maintaining, and implementing policies on working hours, remote work, travel, etc.

  • Employee Support & Participation in Personnel Talks: Acting as the point of contact for sick leave cases, mediating conflicts, supporting feedback discussions with managers, and advising on administrative HR topics.

  • Managing Onboarding and Offboarding Processes: Planning, executing, and continuously optimizing the employee journey from entry to exit, including onboarding and offboarding conversations.

  • Co-Working on Labor Law and Compliance Topics: Ensuring compliance with labor regulations, conducting research, and providing guidance on legal matters (e.g., pension, company, and employee issues).

Your Top 3 Goals

  • Employee Support Ownership: Take responsibility for employee talks with our management, mediate conflicts and handle sick leave cases.

  • Ensuring Efficient HR Administration: Independently manage and optimize all administrative HR processes.

  • Standardizing and Optimizing HR Policies: Develop and implement clear, consistent HR policies to ensure a unified understanding and transparent communication within the organization.


  • 3-5 years of experience in operational HR, ideally in a dynamic environment.

  • Solid knowledge of HR administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Experience in managing personnel discussions and handling employee records and contracts.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead sensitive conversations empathetically and solution-oriented.

  • A proactive mindset paired with a hands-on mentality.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
