HR Intern – Job Description
Job Title: HR Internship for 2 months and then job will be provided if performance is good
Job Summary:
The HR Intern will assist the HR team with day-to-day human resource activities such as recruitment, employee documentation,onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The intern will get practical exposure to various HR functions and support the HR team in administrative and recruitment-related work.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring
- Search for candidates on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and explain job openings.
- Employee Onboarding
- Assist with the joining process of new employees.
- Collect and verify required employee documents.
- Prepare joining forms and employee files.
- Explain basic company policies and procedures to new employees.
- Coordinate with different departments for new employee setup.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to maintain records and documentation
- Basic understanding of interviewing and candidate screening
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees and candidates
- Willingness to learn
Educational Qualification
Usually:
- HS passed or graduate
- Freshers can apply for many HR internship positions.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
