Job Description
We are excited to welcome a dedicated and experienced HR Associate to our team. This opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about HR operations, recruitment, and fostering a positive workplace culture. If you have a proven track record in HR or legal roles and are eager to contribute to a dynamic environment, this role is your chance to shine. Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations: Drive efficient HR operations, ensuring seamless processes in employee relations.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and develop HR policies.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll administration and manage employee benefits and performance reviews.
  • HR Metrics: Track key HR metrics and present regular reports to senior management.
  • Team Development & Culture Building: Plan team-building activities and champion company values to maintain a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar HR or legal role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in team-building and performance management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
