Description:
As a HR Business Partner, you will deliver strategic and operational people support across an assigned portfolio, partnering with senior leaders to align workforce capability, performance, culture, and compliance with business objectives. Operating within a fast-paced, supply chain environment, the role ensures strong governance, workforce planning and risk management, while balancing commercial thinking with operational execution to support growth, acquisitions and organisational change.
Skills and Experiences:
The key responsibilities of this role:
Strategic Business Partnering – Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing commercially balanced HR guidance that supports business performance and growth
Workforce Planning & Design – Lead workforce planning and organisational design initiatives aligned to operational demands, seasonality, and long-term strategy
Performance & Capability Uplift – Strengthen performance frameworks, support effective goal setting, and coach leaders to build accountability and capability
Employee Relations Management – Manage complex ER matters including investigations, disciplinary processes, and risk management with a clear and pragmatic approach
Organisational Change & Transformation – Support restructures, integration activities, and change initiatives, ensuring compliance and positive employee outcomes
Talent & Development Focus – Contribute to recruitment, succession planning, and learning initiatives that build capability across the business
About You
Premier Fresh is seeking a confident and capable HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with leaders to drive outcomes.
Approximately 5 years’ experience in an HR advisory or Business Partner role
Experience within FMCG, supply chain, or similar industries is highly regarded
Strong employee relations capability and sound knowledge of Australian HR legislation, Awards and Fair Work requirements
Experience developing and implementing Learning & Development initiatives that enhance workforce capability
Proven ability to influence, coach and build relationships with stakeholders
A proactive, resilient mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the willingness to learn
Availability to work Monday to Friday with early starts (8:00am) in line with operational needs
