HR Business Partner & Communications Coordinator – AMTB Europe
As the HRBP & Communications Coordinator, you will report directly to the HR Director & Communications at AMTB Europe.
In this role, you'll wear three important hats:
- HR Business Partner for our Luxembourg-based employees.
- HR Coordinator for our plants across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources: Business Partnering
- Talent Acquisition : Ensure seamless business operations by recruiting top talent across various business units.
- Compensation Management : Oversee the annual salary review process and manage the bonus program.
- Strategic Workforce Planning : Collaborate with the HR Director to develop and execute mid-term workforce strategies.
- Onboarding & Integration : Lead onboarding efforts, including organizing Induction Days and conducting follow-up discussions to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. Employee Development: Drive talent development through training nomination and succession planning, ensuring long-term growth and retention of key employees.
HR Coordination
- Data & Reporting : Produce monthly Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) reports and maintain accurate data in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Multi-Site Coordination: Coordinate HR activities across six European plants located in Uckange, Liège, Senica, Zaragoza, Bremen, and Ghent.
- HR Alignment : Lead monthly HR calls to align strategies and activities across all sites, supporting plant HR teams with various tasks as needed.
Communications
- LinkedIn Presence : Manage and grow AMTB Europe's profile on LinkedIn to enhance employer branding, engagement, and increase the visibility of our products and solutions.
- AMTB Newsletter: Contribute to the creation and launch of the bi-annual AMTB Europe newsletter. Project Communication : Lead the communication efforts for various HR-related projects to ensure transparency and employee engagement, as well as other communication initiatives in and outside of AMTB Europe.
What you need
Hard skills:
- At least 3 years’ experience in human resources, preferably in industrial sector.
- Master’s degree
- Fluent in English, French is a must.

- Discreet and able to handle confidential data
