Job Overview: As an HR Business Partner for Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the HR functions crucial to the success of our Sales and Marketing teams. You will be as well the Digital champion for the HR function into the segment, supporting the HR team and the segment CEO for HR data analysis and comprehensive reports for management decisions in the HR field. Your responsibilities will encompass four key categories:
Performance Management and Talent Development:
- Implement and manage the eGEDP (Global Employee Development Program) process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to identify performance gaps and provide solutions for improvement.
- Drive initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and career progression.
- Support succession management by identifying and grooming top talent within the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Assist in designing and administering compensation and bonus programs to reward high-performing employees.
- Be able to determine a competitive pay plan for commercial scope (salary analysis: internal / external benchmark)
Recruitment and Workforce Planning:
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to understand their hiring needs and develop strategic workforce plans.
- Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Analyze trends and metrics to make data-driven decisions that enhance recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance on international expatriate assignments and related HR matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
HR Strategy and Digital Transformation:
- Provide support to Segment CEO through adhoc reporting and analysis of HR-related data on demand.
- Drive HR digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of digital tools and the implementation of the Digital Boardroom.
- Utilize OneHRIS systems (such as SAP reporting and eGEDP) to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Collaborate with the HR group to develop HR policies and programs that align with business objectives.
- Maintain the quality of employee data and ensure its integrity within HR systems.
- Analysis of Employee Engagement surveys (SpeakUP!) and work on action plans to improve engagement levels.
International HR Management:
- Take responsibility for HR functions related to employees located in more than 22 countries across Europe.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning with a global perspective.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) is an advantage.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a focus on Sales and Marketing functions.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in multiple European countries.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and digital tools, including Power BI
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
