Description:
As a People Partner at LSKD, you will act as a strategic advisor and employee champion, aligning people initiatives with business goals to drive performance and culture.
The Mission
Based at our HQ in Loganholme, QLD, you’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to support coaching, talent planning, and change management, while championing team member experience, engagement, and inclusion.
In our fast-paced retail environment, you will play a key role in developing frontline leaders, fostering our values-driven culture, and ensuring people decisions are data-informed and people-first.
How you'll make moves
Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies
Support workforce planning, organisational design, and role clarity to ensure teams are structured for performance and growth
Proactively identify and implement people strategies and initiatives that support ongoing business growth
Manage employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and performance improvement plans
Provide expert guidance on awards, employment agreements, workplace legislation, and Fair Work matters to ensure compliant and consistent practices
Support restructures and mitigate people-related risk through fair, compliant, and values-aligned processes
Apply knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation where relevant
Drive key talent processes including workforce planning, succession planning, internal mobility, and career development
Lead the performance and development cycle including goal setting, development plans, talent alignment sessions, and salary review inputs
Partner with leaders to interpret engagement, retention, and people data and translate insights into meaningful actions
Contribute to the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing maintenance of people systems and HRIS platforms

About you
Proven experience in a People Partner, HRBP or similar role
Strong employee relations and performance management capability
Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels
Commercial mindset with the ability to balance people and business outcomes
Experience supporting organisational change and business growth
Strong understanding of Fair Work, employment legislation and HR best practice
Confident using people insights and data to inform decisions
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong relationship builder with a people-first approach
Embodies Hungry, Humble, Smart and leads with impact
