HR Compliance Administrator
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week
Colchester - Office Based
Healthcare Homes are recruiting for a HR Compliance Administrator to join our team at our central office on the outskirts of Colchester.
Working alongside our team of HR professionals, you will provide administrative support to the overall business ensuring we meet both our legal and regulatory requirements at all times.
Your main duties will require you to coordinate with both the recruitment and payroll departments, ensuring starters and leavers are processed smoothly and correctly and overseeing our sponsorship process so an understanding of the Home Office Sponsorship system would be an advantage. Additional duties including monitoring and responding to any queries or issues raised with the HR team and providing overall support to the HR Advisors.
Experience working within a busy HR team and an understanding of overseas sponsorships would be preferred however full training will be provided. Due to the nature of the position, we require this role to be office based Monday to Friday so are unable to support hybrid or remote working at this time.
