Hunters Group, società specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di personale altamente qualificato è alla ricerca, per la nostra sede di Padova, di una risorsa da inserire in stage nel ruolo di HR Consultant.
Al fine di preparare al meglio la risorsa e valutare un’assunzione alla fine dello stage, supportiamo l’accrescimento delle competenze tramite un percorso formativo costante e un periodo di affiancamento con i nostri Manager e Senior Consultant.
Principali responsabilità
Analisi e mappatura del settore di riferimento;
Definizione della job description e pubblicazione annunci;
Screening di curricula;
Attività di head hunting;
Gestione dei contatti telefonici, interviste telefoniche e organizzazione di colloqui con i candidati;
Colloqui di selezione.
Principali caratteristiche richieste
Laurea triennale o magistrale in materie umanistiche, economiche o tecnico-ingegneristiche;
Ottima dialettica e capacità ad adattarsi a diversi interlocutori;
Ottime capacità di utilizzo dei principali software informatici (pacchetto Office, Gmail, CRM);
Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving;
Attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi.
Ottime capacità di lavoro in team.
