Candidate Requirements:
- Knowledge of HRMS software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Detailed, meticulous with good organisation skills.
- Able to work in a team and individually.
- Possess positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support various HR functions across the entire spectrum.
- Contribute to payroll processing and employee tax-related matters.
- Assist with the onboarding processes for staff.
- Maintain accurate records of personnel, attendance and leave, along with handling general administrative tasks, including documentation and filing.
- Aid in the application, renewal, cancellation, and appeal processes for work passes, as well as manage medical check-up arrangements.
- Ensure the efficient use, maintenance, and management of office equipment and resources.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
