MAC Aesthetics is looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible HR Executive to join our growing team.
MAC Aesthetics: Skin care clinic in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Location: 3 d floor, 47-3-25, Seethammapeta Main Rd, above starbucks, Dwaraka Nagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530016
Position: HR Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and employee onboarding
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave, and basic HR operations
- Support employee engagement and team activities
- Coordinate with management on staffing requirements
- Assist with daily HR and administrative activities
Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, organized, and proactive
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or clinic operations is a plus
