We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented coordinator who wants to take part in developing HR processes, supporting the business, and ensuring that employment and payroll administration run smoothly and with high quality.

- You act as a knowledgeable partner for managers and employees in employment-related matters – throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- You are responsible for managing employment changes from start to finish: guiding and implementing necessary updates in the systems and acting as the key user for HR master data and other HR systems.
- You ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll data and serve as the contact point for outsourced payroll services. You are responsible for HR accounting documentation in cooperation with the finance department, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and smooth processes.
- You are part of a local, agile HR team and work closely with other functions, such as finance. You also support the local assistant team, assist units with invoicing and carry out other administrative tasks.
- A Bachelor of Business Administration degree or other relevant qualification.
- Strong expertise in payroll matters; experience with collective agreements is considered an advantage (Electrical Contracting and Technology Industries collective agreements).
- Experience from similar roles, preferably in a technical or production environment.
- Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish language skills are considered a plus.
- A solution-oriented, responsible and cooperative working style.
