Job Description
Job purpose:
To support the bank's strategic growth and the enhancement of its talent management processes, the successful candidate will actively contribute to talent acquisition, career development, and employee engagement initiatives. Reporting to the HR Senior Manager, the candidate will support on building a robust talent pipeline, driving employee career growth, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the Human Resources Department and work on different activities of the department.
Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, partnerships with universities, attendance at targeted job fairs, and leveraging social media.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, review job descriptions, and ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
- Contribute in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting employment offers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Oversee professional onboarding and off boarding processes in compliance with internal policies and labor laws, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
Career Management:
- Support in the design and implementation of career development frameworks, including performance review processes, career pathing, and succession planning.
- Contribute in employee development programs such as training, mentoring, and leadership development initiatives.
- Support the HRPB in conducting the skills gap analyses and assist in recommending strategies for continuous development to align employees' growth with organizational needs.
Qualifications
Profile (Technical Skills):
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and HRIS systems.
- A first experience in designing and implementing talent acquisition and career development strategies would be a strong asset.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Profile (Soft Skills):
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Results-driven and capable of working autonomously while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver compelling messages to diverse audiences.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or related fields.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, career development, or related HR functions within an international organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment processes and develop career management strategies.
Language Skills:
- Excellent command of English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in French, Chinese, or other European languages is a strong asset.
