Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Compensation and benefits: Facilitate the C&B process & performance management. Planning and preparing that includes salary packages, leaves, health and wellness benefits.
• Review, develop and implement HR policies (include payroll & work permits) and procedures that support the overall business strategy and objectives.
• Recruitment: Advertising vacancies, sourcing for candidates, interviewing, and hiring new employees
• Collaborate with business units to facilitate capability development through various learning and development interventions.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department on manpower planning and budgeting to support business growth.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Employee & Employer information: Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee & employer information.
• Policy compliance: Ensuring compliance with labour regulations and educating employees and managers on compliance.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related qualifications preferred.
• Experience in HR in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not a must.
• At least 5 years of in a HR generalist role & talent acquisition.
• Well versed with Singapore Employment Act and Labour Laws
• Prepare job specifications, review and shortlist job applicants for line and functional heads to interview, follow-up with successful job candidates on job offer and prepare employment contracts.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as with external stakeholders.
• Able to adapt to environmental changes and varying needs with flexibility.
• Resourceful and thrives with goal-oriented challenges with well-developed prioritization and multi-tasking skills.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
