We are looking to add to our growing team with an outstanding HR manager to help handle the more delicate matters in our business.
From onboarding to offboarding, to interpersonal conflict resolution we are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate person to ensure the set processes are running smoothly.
The main tasks for this role are:
On/off boarding staff/contractors
Disciplinary & Conflict resolution
H&S Administration
HR Administration
Incident filing and follow-up
Other HR related tasks
Job Types: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual
Pay: $26.00 – $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Education:
- Graduate Diploma / Graduate Certificate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human resources: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Required)
