You will work closely with both station management and the corporate HR team to support a safe, structured, and high-performing working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage union relations and represent the company in negotiations.

  • Ensure availability of staff essentials (PPE, uniforms, devices) while exercising cost control.

  • Implement and follow up on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, making sure incidents and deviations are handled thoroughly and proactively.

  • Lead initiatives that improve well-being and reduce absenteeism and turnover.

  • Report HR KPIs and collaborate on corporate initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • A degree in HR, business, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Norwegian labor legislation and collective agreements, and know how to apply them in a practical day-to-day context.

  • Proven experience in HR operations and payroll.

  • You have worked closely with unions before and are confident navigating dialogue, collaboration, and negotiations.

  • You are skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular); Simployer experience is a plus.

  • Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English, both written and spoken.

  • You are a proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.

  • Aviation or ground handling experience is a plus, but not required.

Why Join Us?

  • A strategic leadership role in a global, fast-growing company

  • Opportunity to shape and strengthen the local HR function

  • A collaborative and international work environment

  • Opportunities for professional development and growth

A clean police record and an approved background check are required to hold a position at the airport.
