*Job Title:* HR Executive / HR & Administration

*Job Overview:*

We are looking for a proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented HR professional to manage employee coordination, hiring support, documentation, compliance coordination, attendance, onboarding, and overall HR administration across the company’s operations.

The role requires strong people management, communication, organisational, and operational coordination skills while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Recruitment & Hiring*

  • Coordinate recruitment requirements across departments
  • Schedule interviews and candidate coordination
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities
  • Maintain employee records and hiring documentation
  • Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, and employee agreements

*Employee Documentation & HR Operations*

  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation
  • Attendance and leave tracking
  • Coordinate probation confirmations and employee records
  • Maintain joining, exit, and HR compliance documentation
  • Support payroll coordination and salary processing documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information

*Employee Coordination & Administration*

  • Handle employee communication and coordination
  • Support employee grievance handling and workplace discipline
  • Coordinate internal announcements and HR communication
  • Maintain workplace policies and operational discipline
  • Coordinate accommodation, travel, or administrative support wherever required

*Compliance & Policy Coordination*

  • Support labour law and statutory compliance coordination
  • Maintain HR registers and employee records
  • Coordinate documentation related to PF, ESI, insurance, and other statutory requirements
  • Support audit and compliance documentation whenever required

*Factory & Operational Coordination*

  • Coordinate with production, operations, and management teams
  • Ensure employee discipline, punctuality, and workplace conduct
  • Support factory workforce coordination wherever required
  • Help maintain smooth operational communication between departments

*Preferred Skills & Requirements*

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and documentation abilities
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation management
  • Prior HR/Admin experience preferred

*Working Days & Timings*

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
