</About > the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Operations Executive who can manage day-to-day HR activities while ensuring smooth office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating across teams, maintaining processes, and taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities.

Key </Responsibilities>

HR & People Management
\

Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities

\

Coordinate recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.

\

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

\

Support payroll-related activities by coordinating attendance, leave, and other required employee data.

\

Address employee queries and coordinate with management to resolve HR-related concerns.

\

Assist in implementing and communicating company policies and procedures.

\

Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal initiatives.

\

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Office & Operations
\

Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth workplace operations

\

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational activities.

\

Monitor office supplies, facilities, vendors, and other administrative requirements.

\

Maintain records related to office expenses, assets, documents, and operational activities.

\

Coordinate meetings, internal communication, and office requirements when needed.

\

Follow up on pending tasks and ensure responsibilities are completed within timelines.

\

Identify operational gaps and suggest practical improvements.

</What We’re> Looking For ?

\

1–2 years of experience in HR, Administration, Operations, or a similar role.

\

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.

\

Good understanding of basic HR processes and office administration.

\

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

\

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and Google Workspace.

\

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

\

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

\

Proactive approach with good problem-solving abilities.

\

Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and confidentiality.

\

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization.
