We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This HR Operations Specialist role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with expertise in HR operations, payroll, tax, compliance, and employee management. The HR Operations Specialist will have regional exposure to Southeast Asia HR operations.

As an HR Operations Specialist, you would:

  • Be involved in HR operations and processes including onboarding/offboarding, immigration and work visa applications, and various employment management matters
  • Oversee payroll processing with HR partners and ensure accuracy in payroll reconciliation, statutory contributions and annual tax filings
  • Ensure internal HR policies are up-to-date and in compliance with employment laws and best HR practices
  • Support HR reporting and anaytics, using data insights to improve HR processes and employee experience
  • Maintain and update HR records in the HR Management System while ensuring compliance with data accuracy, privacy and confidentiality

As an experienced HR Operations professional, you would have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations including payroll, benefits administration and employee relations
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices. South East Asia regional experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in HRIS software for data management, reporting and process automation
  • Hands-on experience in tax filings, statutory contributions and compliance reporting
  • Demonstrated hands-on capabilities in managing end-to-end HR operational workflows including onboarding, offboarding and HR document control
