Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR/Payroll/Admin person. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Full HR / Payroll-Billing / Admin Role
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR communications.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized files to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Support various administrative tasks, including clerical work and office management duties.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- HR - Payroll - Billing experience with accuracy.
- Looking for a Highly Skilled Computer Professional
- Expert in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly skilled with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $54,000.00-$60,500.00 per year
