Hr & Payroll Administrator

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR/Payroll/Admin person. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Full HR / Payroll-Billing / Admin Role
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR communications.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized files to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Support various administrative tasks, including clerical work and office management duties.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • HR - Payroll - Billing experience with accuracy.
  • Looking for a Highly Skilled Computer Professional
  • Expert in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly skilled with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $54,000.00-$60,500.00 per year
