Fiskars Group HR is looking for an enthusiastic

HR Specialist, Finland

to join the Finland HR team.

OUR ROLE

This role will be based at our HQ in Espoo, Finland and report to HR Director, Finland & Baltics. The role is fixed-term until January 2026. We apply hybrid way of working with flexible hours, meaning we want people also to be at the office a couple of days per week.

Key Responsibilities as a HR Specialist:

Contact person in payroll matters and handling salaries together with our outsourced payroll

Supporting our employees and managers in employment lifecycle topics and responding to daily HR questions and requests via Workday Help

Managing HR data and benefits administration

Booking and coding HR invoices

Handling payroll reporting

Working closely with the local HR team.

WHO YOU ARE

As a person you are passionate about people and dedicated to enhance the employee experience through handling employee life cycle issues. You also have prior experience of payroll or collaboration with outsourced payroll, and taking care of employment lifecycle topics.

You take ownership of your responsibilities and complete tasks in time as well as enjoy being part of the team. You have an eye for detail, a “can do” attitude as well as great communication skills both in Finnish and English.

We expect good MS Office skills and ability to cope with using various systems simultaneously. Prior experience of Workday is considered a plus.
