Description:
JK Williams is seeking reliable and motivated Water Truck Operators to join our dynamic team. We are currently looking for operators for the north side of Brisbane and the south side of Brisbane. These roles will support the delivery and maintenance of subdivision projects through watering and dust suppression activities.

The successful candidates will play a key role in supporting our site teams and contributing to the successful delivery of subdivision projects within our growing business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate water trucks safely across subdivision and construction sites
• Carry out watering of work areas and dust suppression activities
• Hand-water areas where truck access is limited
• Complete daily pre-start checks and basic vehicle maintenance
• Maintain clean and safe work sites, depot areas, and vehicles
• Assist with general civil/earthworks tasks when required
• Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification

Skills and Experiences:
What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating water trucks or working within construction or civil/subdivision environments
• Minimum 2 years' water truck operating experience preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered based on overall suitability
• HR Licence and Construction Induction White Card (Essential)
• RIIMPO326E – Conduct Water Vehicle Operation (Desired)
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices
• Physically capable of regularly entering and exiting the truck and undertaking manual tasks where required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive team-focused attitude
• Valid Australian work rights
• Willingness to travel to sites on the north side or south side of Brisbane (please note preference)
