Your role and responsibilities
The ABB HR Experience Process, Data and Technology organization is dedicated to delivering a world-class HR experience. We develop and implement business-driven strategies, enhance HR systems, and work closely with the business to improve end-to-end HR processes, manage data, and oversee global systems. By taking a holistic approach, we ensure seamless integration of processes, data, and technology to benefit our people. Locations are flexible for HR roles, while role holders will be expected to work/collaborate with teams in European and US EST time zones. Ultimately, we’ll choose the most qualified candidate for each role. Your Role and Responsibilities • Accountable for overseeing the access authorizations standards and controls for the Workday Platform and the applications in scope. • Establish and maintains strong authorization and authentication protocols. • Sets the standards for how ABB oversees the set-up, maintenance and governance of the Workday tenant accounts within the Workday platform. • Reviews the outputs from audits on tenant users and implements controls to mitigate the risk for the future. • Manages HR access authorizations across the relevant SaaS applications (including Workday) • Supports employees to ensure they are following the appropriate authorization and authentication protocols. • Completes audits on tenant users to test to see if they have appropriate access in line with their designated roles and responsibilities and reports on this to the HR Access & Authorizations role. • Assists in the management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to HRIS Services. • Keeps up to date and informed of any change, or planned change, of the ABB Corporate IS Enterprise Architecture and ABB IS Strategy. • Keeps frequent alignment meeting with Business consumer, Process and Product Owner.
Qualifications for the role
- Proven experience in implementing or managing user access in a Workday (or equivalent SaaS application) environment.
- Experience in assessing user access-related impacts within in an integrated SaaS environment.
- Knowledge access authorization and security protocols.
- Experience of audit execution and compliance monitoring.
- Significant understanding of HR data and controls
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrable collaboration and relationship management skills.
