Rotorua Hospital

80 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday

About the Role

This is an existing role within the Payroll and HR support function. Working alongside Payroll and HR professionals, you will assist in ensuring our employees are paid on time and accurately and that all data is maintained to a high standard in our HRIS systems.

About you

Experienced HR professional with 3-4 years experience in database administration/maintenance/transactional role.
Passion for excellent and accurate service delivery and highly motivated to work in a fast paced environment (essential).
Experience in HRMIS systems and interfaces with other systems eg Financial/payroll systems (desirable)
SQL report creation and running, data analysis, data presentations appropriate to end target
Knowledgeable in database mechanisms and workings
Microsoft Excel intermediate to expert user

Salary range

$74,090 - $77,200pro-rated to hours worked
