We are hiring hiring " HSE Officer" For our reputed Client ( Manufacturing) for Bhiwandi location.

Work Location - Bhiwandi ( Factory)

Head office : Thane

Work Timings - Day Shift

Years of Experience :

2.5 – 3 years of HSE experience in manufacturing or project environments.

Qualifications : Degree/ Diploma in Safety or Engineering.

Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred.

Skills :

Strong knowledge of HSE laws and compliance.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards across project sites, factory units, and office premises.

 Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including Factory Act, EHS norms, and applicable local and national safety laws.

 Conduct regular site, factory, and office safety inspections and audits, and ensure timely closure of observations.

 Support Project Management Services (PMS) teams by providing HSE guidance during project execution.

 Carry out risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statement reviews for ongoing projects.

 Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

 Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.

 Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure adherence to safety standards at project sites.

 Maintain HSE documentation, records, permits, and statutory registers.

 Monitor use of PPE and ensure availability and compliance across all locations.

 Act as a point of contact during safety inspections by statutory authorities and external auditors.

 Travel extensively to Pan-India project sites and factory units at Bhiwandi and Ambernath as required.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
