About the Role
Exciting Opportunity to Join the Team at Score A/S in Norway.
We are looking for an HSEQ Advisor to support the development and implementation of our HSE management system, safe systems of work, and related documentation. The Advisor will play a key role in ensuring that these systems are applied effectively across the company, conducting inspections, audits, and other activities to ensure full compliance with both internal management systems and relevant legislation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in HSEQ to contribute to the continuous improvement of our safety culture. The role reports directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
HSEQ Advisor is responsible for all HSE and QA related activities as deemed competent
in accordance with the competency system.
- Assistance on compliance of the company’s HSE and Quality Systems.
- Responsible to ensure the company is working fully in compliance to ISO 9001:2015 and in accordance of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and that internal QA standards are being adhered to.
- Assist to ensure compliance to the company’s management system and ensuring all company procedures are up to standard and latest revisions.
- Assist to ensure compliance for the management of Q-pulse and Improvement Loop and the reporting herein of Non-Conformances, Audits etc.
- Responsible for updating the audits completed within Q-pulse, internal auditing programmes.
- Controlling a controlled library of all company relevant standards. Examples being API, ANSI, ISO, ASME, NORSOK.
- Register and report the set Performance Indicators on a weekly basis (Near misses,LTI, Non-Conformances, Audits (and results) etc.
- Monitor, verify, revise and improve procedures, work descriptions and flow chartsdescribing work processes.
- Prepare G & Os traffic light report quarterly, update G & Os monthly.
- Supplier auditing (QA/HSE) in cooperation with the Supply Chain Team.
- Conduct preventive work to further increase safety and quality within the company.
- Keep a calibration record and ensure all equipment is calibrated to their correct intervals (Gauges, offshore containers, PSV’s (our), Electrical equipment, Machines, rods, measuring equipment etc.
- Collation, recording and storage of HS&E records including but not limited to completed
- TBTs, completed RAs, inspection reports, Interventions Card, All Conversations Card, Lifting equipment inspections, START cards, statutory inspection reports
- Will be expected to react with urgency when required for any type of incident including security issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience from either the oil & gas / offshore business/onshore industry.
- Relevant courses within Quality & ISO 9001.
- Good understanding of regulations & procedures.
- Good knowledge of the applicable standards (ISO, NORSOK, IOGP, etc)
- Generally good knowledge of relevant IT tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Internet, etc.).
- Good understanding of HSE.
- Good understanding of regulations and procedures works.
