HSEQ Manager (Fixed‑Term) – Project-Based Role
Do you want to play a key role in ensuring safe, high‑quality and responsible project execution? We are looking for a fixed‑term HSEQ Manager to support and develop HSEQ activities across a variety of projects.
This role offers a unique insight into project‑based operations and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on people’s safety, environmental responsibility and overall quality.
Do you want to play a key role in ensuring safe, high‑quality and responsible project execution? We are looking for a fixed‑term HSEQ Manager to support and develop HSEQ activities across a variety of projects.
This role offers a unique insight into project‑based operations and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on people’s safety, environmental responsibility and overall quality.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop HSEQ practices in day‑to‑day project operations, with a proactive and solution‑oriented approach
- Support and challenge project teams to embed HSEQ as an integral part of project execution
- Prepare and maintain HSEQ plans, perform risk assessments and participate in audits
- Collaborate closely with clients, partners and authorities
- Actively promote a strong safety culture and maintain a visible presence on project sites
What we expect from you:
- Proven experience in HSEQ roles within a project‑based or industrial environment
- Solid understanding of occupational safety, environmental and quality requirements
- A structured, self‑driven and hands‑on working style
- The ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and across several projects simultaneously
- Fluency in both Finnish and English
