Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Payroll Specialist to join our team. This position requires a strong understanding of ADP Workforce Now Payroll Processing and Reporting as well as employee relations to support our organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our employees by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Process biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA and other employment laws.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now Payroll Processing and Reporting
- Strong administrative experience with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Proven ability in conflict management and fostering positive employee relations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and lift up 30 lb. boxes of personnel files as needed.
