Introduction:
About the role:
We are looking for an organised , proactive and detail-orientated HR Admin person to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a predominantly remote role, ideal for someone who thrives working from home while staying connected with a collaborative HR function.

In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support across all aspects of HR, from onboarding and employee records, to assisting with the recruitment and supporting day-to day HR operations.

Description:
Duties

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
  • Support recruitment processes including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidate
  • Assist with writing position descriptions
  • Assist with contracts and onboarding documents for new starters
  • Assist with payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee data
  • Assist the HR manager to prepare any documents or letters required.
