Introduction:
About the role:
We are looking for an organised , proactive and detail-orientated HR Admin person to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a predominantly remote role, ideal for someone who thrives working from home while staying connected with a collaborative HR function.
In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support across all aspects of HR, from onboarding and employee records, to assisting with the recruitment and supporting day-to day HR operations.
Description:
Duties
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Support recruitment processes including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidate
- Assist with writing position descriptions
- Assist with contracts and onboarding documents for new starters
- Assist with payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee data
- Assist the HR manager to prepare any documents or letters required.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability work remotely
- Ability to get a WWCC, NDISWC and pass a police check
