ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an HR Advisor to support our WA and SA sites for Infrastructure Products Australia, part of CRH (Fortune 500, 26 countries, you've probably driven over our products today).
You are the person site managers call when they've got a workplace issue. The person employees trust to give them a straight answer. The person who can walk onto a manufacturing site, read the room, and get things done.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you'll operate with a high level of autonomy across the full HR generalist remit, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination and HR administration. The role is structured across two days per week at Civilmart Kwinana and two days per week at Cubis Systems Malaga, one day flexible, with travel to our Civilmart SA site at Edinburgh North as required. You'll be part of a national HR team that genuinely backs each other.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Day-to-day HR advisory support to site leaders and employees across Civilmart Kwinana, Cubis Systems Malaga and Civilmart Edinburgh North
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding for your sites
Employee relations matters, from policy queries to disciplinary processes and grievances
Performance management support, coaching leaders through conversations, managing underperformance and supporting appraisal cycles
Training coordination and learning & development support through ELMO and the CRH Pathways Program
Providing guidance on HR policies, employment legislation, awards and entitlements
Contributing to broader national HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or similar generalist role
Practical knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, modern awards and employment legislation
Experience managing employee relations matters, you're not fazed by a tricky conversation
Manufacturing, industrial or operationally complex environment experience (preferred)
Someone who's self-directed, organised, and comfortable managing a multi-site remit
WHAT WE OFFER
A supportive national HR team that collaborates
Real autonomy to own your sites and make a difference on the ground
A role with genuine variety, no two days look the same
Part of CRH, a global leader in building materials and infrastructure
Competitive salary + superannuation + car allowance + phone & laptop.
