Girton Grammar School is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our staff and school. Working across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This generalist role involves a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
• Managing compliance and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Preparing correspondence and assisting with HR documentation.
• Ensuring timely and accurate HR administration throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Collaborating with the HR team and school community to foster a positive workplace environment.

Key Requirements:

• Degree qualified in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business Administration, or similar).
• 6 months to 3 years of entry-level HR experience, particularly in administration.
• Proficient IT skills, including experience with HRIS software.
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
