This is a hands-on and people-facing position based in our Dublin office, providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees across Ireland, the US, EMEA, and APAC. You’ll manage and continuously improve core people processes, lead recruitment efforts, champion our values, and act as a sounding board for employee concerns and business opportunities alike.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to grow in scope and influence within a dynamic, scaling business.

Key Competencies & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes in partnership with the HRBP, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Apply recruitment best practices, interview techniques, employer branding, and innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Own and continuously improve recruitment assets and systems: job descriptions, ATS workflows, templates, and candidate data hygiene.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure clarity of role requirements and consistency of approach.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Be a go-to HR presence in the Dublin office, fostering a positive, high-trust environment for all employees.
  • Support key moments in the employee lifecycle (onboarding, promotions, transitions, exits), ensuring every touchpoint reflects our culture and values.
  • Actively contribute to initiatives that support retention, well-being, and inclusion globally.
  • Support the HRBP in driving DEI outcomes through inclusive practices and awareness-building efforts.

Performance Management

  • Partner with the HRBP and people managers to embed a high-performance culture through effective goal-setting, regular feedback, and clear accountability.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to managers on performance conversations, development planning, and addressing performance concerns.
  • Support the implementation of our performance review cycles and ensure processes are understood, equitable, and executed with consistency.
  • Collaborate on building manager capability through toolkits, training, and coaching moments.

HR Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage and continuously improve HR systems, records, and processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ease of use.
  • Identify operational pain points and lead or support improvements in workflows, documentation, and automation.
  • Ensure employee data is up-to-date, accurate, and appropriately reported to support decision-making.
  • Own the maintenance of HR documentation, templates, and intranet content to ensure clarity and consistency across the employee journey.
  • Support compliance and audit activities, including those related to GDPR, contracts, and employment law.
  • Champion a mindset of continuous improvement by contributing ideas, testing new tools, and sharing best practices across the team.
  • Support the HR team and wider business with critical project work, taking the lead on HR initiatives where appropriate.
