About the Internship

Carcall is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Human Resources (HR) Intern to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.

This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, employee communication, and HR administration in a growing technology-driven startup environment.

You will gain hands-on experience in managing hiring processes and supporting workforce development initiatives.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Conduct preliminary telephonic screening interviews
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication activities
  • Help prepare HR reports, records, and recruitment metrics
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and department leads during recruitment drives
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and internship postings
