The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:
Human Resources Intern
6 months intersnhip (F/M)
Tasks/missions
Support the team in the following tasks:
Supporting the planning and tracking of internal trainingsWorking proactively with other team members on various HR projects
Updating our internal databases
Scheduling interviews with candidates when needed
Assisting with the onboarding of new employees
Addressing queries and issues of employees when required
Participating in the organization of company events
Profile
Bac +3 in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Effective written and oral communication skills
Proactive, determined, and reliable teammate with a high client focus
A positive personality and a high level of enthusiasm
Excellent French skills and good English skills. Any other language is an asset
