The Opportunity:
Avantor is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking, and experienced Human Resources Service Excellence, Knowledge Management Specialist who will be responsible for delivering results against some of the most complex business and technology initiatives.

Responsible for overseeing the creation, distribution, utilization and management of Avantor’s business processes and information. The Service Excellence Specialist in Knowledge Management is responsible for ensuring the effective management and utilization of knowledge resources to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. This role involves analyzing service processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing knowledge management strategies to support organizational goals.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Assist in HR Knowledge Management activities within the Service Excellence team.
- Help update and maintain HR knowledge content such as FAQs, procedures, and basic training materials.
- Ensure information is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to access.
- Follow given guidelines for creating and maintaining content.
- Support routine checks to keep content relevant.
- Work with team members to update and organize knowledge base content.
- Collect information from different sources as guided.
- Ensure work follows company policies and standards.
- Basic awareness of knowledge management tools and practices.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken); knowledge of another regional language is a plus..
EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in HR Knowledge Management, Information Management, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in using Knowledge Management systems and data analysis tools.
- Proven experience in analyzing, structuring, and transferring organization's knowledge effectively.
- Hands-on experience in creating, updating, and maintaining knowledge bases and conducting relevant quality checks.
- Experience in Knowledge Management role within HR or HR shared service environment.
- Familiarity with knowledge management principles, best practices, and industry trends Workday, Service Now proficiency.
