Nu Edge Construction is currently hiring a Human Resources & Marketing Coordinator.This role would be joining Nu Edge Construction Ltd.’s workforce as a valuable colleague.
Details:
● Start Date: ASAP
● Duration: Full Time
● Shift: Monday – Friday. Overtime as required.
● Location: Camrose
● Compensation: Hourly
● Benefits: Available after one month of Employment
Reports to:
General Manager
What you do for the Human Resources Department:
- Advise management on Alberta Employment Standards legislation and Alberta Human Rights Commission
- Ensure staff are acting in accordance with company policies
- Assist with orientations and provide materials to new hires
- Create company policies in compliance with governing bodies
- Address employee queries
- Other duties as requested by management
- Publish and update jobs ads
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Maintain employee records
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Ensure proper communication to all employees regarding policies and procedures
What background and skills qualify you:
- Full Cycle recruitment experience
- Experience with benefit programs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with management
- Self-direction when completing tasks
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently
- Comfortable with discipline and/or termination practices
- Understanding of Employment Standards in Alberta
What you do for the Marketing Department:
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the work out about our company
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own implementation
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels
- Provide valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts our target groups
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
Key skills that make you a great fit:
- Solid knowledge of website and analytics tools
- Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and ability to use spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and marketing campaigns
