Job Description

  • Manage end‑to‑end work permit, visa, and immigration documentation and processes.
  • Track expiry dates, coordinate renewals, and ensure legislative compliance
  • Process Return of Service and CCPN programs and related employment documentation accurately
  • Lead the organization’s milestone recognition program, identify eligible employees, coordinate awards, and manage vendors
  • Support communications and events related to employee recognition
  • Own all job posting activity, including drafting, proofreading, and posting job ads across internal and external job boards
  • Maintain consistent employer brand standards and optimize postings for visibility and candidate attraction
  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics and dashboards
  • Provide regular reporting to HR and business leaders
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, programs, and processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Support HR audits, metrics, and ad‑hoc data requests
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Support annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, compensation activities, and engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to HR policy development and process improvement projects
  • Run orientation for new staff and supporting employee onboarding
  • Support employee off boarding and role changes

Qualifications
  • Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of HR operations, HR coordination, or HR specialist experience
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements, particularly related to immigration/work permits
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
