We are looking for a confident, dynamic and practical individual to join our team as a Full-Time Human Resources/Office Administrator.
If you are a recently qualified HR professional or you are administrator who wishes to move into the HR field, then we want to hear from you. This is a varied role and we need someone who loves multi-tasking and using their initiative. You will get exposure to different aspects of the business, and you will have an opportunity to grow and develop your knowledge in HR.
This is an entry-level full-time position in a hybrid work model, working from home and in our Support Office in Ranelagh.

What your day will look like...
As a HR Administrator you will:
Establish and develop strong working relationships with your colleagues in the Support Office and throughout the business
Carry out administrative tasks relating to recruitment, new starters and leavers processes
Carry out administrative tasks relating to the HR and Time and Attendance System
Update internal HR databases/SharePoint
Support the HR Generalist in completing monthly KPI scorecard audits
Provide regular reports to the HR Team in relation to all HR metrics
Maintain a quality management system in relation to all HR forms, policies and guides
Assist the HR team in organising and coordinating training and development initiatives and events
Other ad-hoc HR related duties and projects
As an Office Administrator you will:
Carry out all administration in relation to the company credit card purchases
Be the point of contact with office suppliers
Management of petty cash
Arrange hotel accommodations and couriers when necessary
Arrange office cleaning
Other ad-hoc Admin related duties and projects
Here's what the successful candidate will look like...
- You have a HR qualification and/or previous HR/Admin experience
- You have excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You are a dynamic and practical professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You are a positive individual with an outgoing personality
- You have great collaboration skills
- You have great attention to detail and accuracy
- You have strong administrative and organisational skills
- You are a multitasker with sound judgement, and problem-solving skills
- You have a track record of maintaining strict confidentiality
