About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Qualified Air Conditioning Service & Installation Engineer to join our growing team. Based in Ballycoolin, this role involves working across multiple sites, carrying out the installation, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems on a range of projects.

Key Requirements

→ In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, methods, and equipment
→ Completed Refrigeration & Air Conditioning apprenticeship
→ Full, clean driving licence
→ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
→ Previous experience supervising or managing works
→ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
→ Strong practical and diagnostic problem-solving skills
→ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing work
→ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
→ High level of attention to detail and workmanship
→ Strong knowledge of F-Gas regulations, industry safety standards, and legal requirements
→ Plumbing experience an advantage
→ Salary package commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities

→ Install, service, and maintain air conditioning and HVAC systems
→ Attend scheduled service visits, breakdowns, and emergency call-outs
→ Diagnose system faults and carry out effective repairs
→ Work primarily on Mitsubishi, Toshiba, and Daikin systems
→ Respond promptly to urgent client requests for repairs and maintenance
