We are hiring HVAC Technician

Location: Panjim, Goa

Position: HVAC Technician – Central Plant & Chiller Systems

Experience: 3–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate & maintain central chilled water plants and chillers

* Handle AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers & chilled water systems

* Preventive & breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment

* Troubleshoot electrical & mechanical HVAC faults

* Ensure uninterrupted HVAC operations during events

* Maintain service logs and preventive maintenance records

* Coordinate with OEMs/service providers when required

Qualifications:

* ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

* HVAC/Chiller Plant certification preferred

Key Skills:

* Chiller Plant Operations

* HVAC Troubleshooting

* Preventive Maintenance

* Breakdown Management

* HVAC Controls & BMS knowledge preferred

* Safety Compliance
