Summit Autism Center is a woman-owned and operated ABA practice in Roswell, Georgia that has been in business for 21 years. We are hiring an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our clinic based services through assessments, supervision, and family guidance. This role is for a BCBA who believes that clinical excellence is the first priority in service provision.

What You’ll Do (Quality-Focused Scope)

• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments and reassessments
• Develop clinically sound, individualized treatment plans
• Provide meaningful BCBA supervision to RBTs (not checkbox supervision)
• Partner with families through intentional caregiver guidance
• Maintain clean, ethical documentation aligned with clinical standards and payor requirements

Qualifications

Required

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Comfort working independently in clinic based settings

Preferred

• 2+ years post-certification experience
• Clinic-based ABA background
• Experience working with children/teens with more severe behaviors a ++

Compensation

• Pay: $60–$80/hour (based on experience and service type)
• Type: Independent Contractor (1099) or PT Employee
• Schedule: Flexible weekday hours
• Model: Hybrid (clinic based services with some remote support and family guidance )
