Hygiene Operative
Bryans Salads are recruiting for Hygiene Operatives in PR4 6LJ.
As a Hygiene Operative you will need to have:
· Attention to detail.
· Be a team player and support and respect the rest of the team.
· Flexibility with regards to working hours through the night.
· Previous experience of working as a hygiene operative in a High Care facility.
Role Details for Hygiene Operative:
· 10.5 hours including break.
· 5 days out of 7 on a night shift
· Location: Bryans Salads, Poplars, Gorse Lane, Tarleton, Preston, PR4 6LJ
Role of a Hygiene Operative:
· Follow and uphold Bryans Salads policies and procedures.
· Adhere to CIC’s and follow all relevant steps.
· General cleaning of the area and machinery.
· Respect the machinery and avoid damage.
· Maintaining high standards as working in food production area.
· Leave the working areas and changing rooms clean and tidy, ready for the day shift to start.
· Be a team player and support and respect the rest of the team members.
· Complete relevant documentation as required.
· Ensure chemicals are handled safely and that all required PPE is worn.
· Inform supervisor or management in the event of any damage to machinery or PPE.
· Ensure confidentiality is always undertaken.
· Any other duties as reasonably requested by supervisors or management.
You will be working in a cold and wet environment over a night shift and handling chemicals, please be aware of this upon application for the position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £12.02 per hour
