Ice Cream Scoopers are the front line staff - providing customer service, cash handling and taking payments. They are also responsible for the general inventory, cleanliness and appearance of the store.

JOB DUTIES

• Take and prepare order correctly and as per Marble Slab Creamery guidelines
• Take payments correctly by both cash and debit/credit
• Provide friendly, efficient and excellent customer service
• Should be able to provide product information, whereabouts and ability to explain specific product details as per Marble Slab Creamery guidelines
• Perform assigned duties
• Re-stock ice cream and supplies as necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be minimum 16 years of age
• Able to work on feet in a fast paced environment for hours at a time
• Excellence in customer service
• Able to lift heavy objects
• Able to work in hot and cold environments (i.e. help restock freezers and help prepare baked goods like waffle cones, brownies, cake chunks)
• Must be outgoing, friendly and positive personality
• Part-time hours during school with possibility of full-time hours to the right candidate with appropriate performance
• Previous customer service, cash/pos handling would be an asset
• Availability must be minimum 3 weekdays and full weekends

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
