Operations Manager – Hockey Rink

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our privately owned hockey rink. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working independently to keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage ice bookings via our online system and email inquiries
• Answer customer calls and provide friendly, helpful assistance
• Schedule Zamboni drivers and on-ice instructors efficiently
• Keep our website current with programming, camps, and events
• Work closely with ownership to support overall business goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in rink operations or management is a strong asset
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Comfortable learning and using new software
