Description:
What you will do
- Resolve user queries and issues within the set processing time.
- Ensure that the required technology, mobile, and access requirements of new starters are provided in a timely manner.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and related equipment.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Maintain the active directory and systems are up to date.
- Provide training to the technology users as required.
What we are looking for
- Tertiary degree in Information Technology or related field
- Demonstrated understanding of server operations and maintenance, and software implementation and integration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Technology (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, MS Teams) and Apple (Mac, iPhone) environments.
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise and problem solve.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
