Description:
What you will do

Resolve user queries and issues within the set processing time.
Ensure that the required technology, mobile, and access requirements of new starters are provided in a timely manner.
Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and related equipment.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Maintain the active directory and systems are up to date.
Provide training to the technology users as required.

Skills and Experiences:
What we are looking for

Tertiary degree in Information Technology or related field
Demonstrated understanding of server operations and maintenance, and software implementation and integration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Technology (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, MS Teams) and Apple (Mac, iPhone) environments.
Well-developed communication and customer service skills.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise and problem solve.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
