Je m’appelle Célia Martin je suis infirmière coordinatrice pour l’Ehpad Résidence Club Grégoire Direz à Mailly le Château . Cet établissement d’une capacité d’accueil de 80 lits dont une unité protégée de 14 places et possibilité de 5 places temporaires .

Je suis à la recherche de collaborateurs ayant à cœur de prendre soins de nos ainés en veillant à la préservation de leur autonomie.
Le quotidien du poste : Votre rôle premier est de maintenir l’autonomie et de contribuer à améliorer le confort des personnes âgées soignées en leur procurant les soins dont elles ont besoin tout au long de leur séjour au sein de la Résidence. Votre fonction est centrée sur la réalisation des soins infirmier tout en créant une relation soignant-soigné basée sur une relation de confiance et de coopération.
Horaires en 12 h
travail un weekend sur trois
