Ideation & Brand Specialist - ROVA (12 month fixed-term contract) - starting February 2025

We're on the hunt for an Ideation & Brand Specialist to join the ROVA team on a fixed-term contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the commercialisation of ROVA content through innovative, integrated campaigns that engage audiences and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
What you'll do:
Working alongside the Digital and Social Media team, the Ideation / Brand Specialist - ROVA is responsible for maximising the commercialisation of ROVA content, including the development and execution of integrated campaigns across ROVA.
- Bring Campaigns to Life: Manage campaigns from ideation to execution, creating memorable and impactful integrations for agencies and customers.
- Grow and Engage Audiences: Develop and curate digital content that captivates and expands ROVA's audience.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Radio Brands, Marketing, Promotions & Integration, and Digital Content Producers to coordinate and execute digital sponsorships and promotions.
- Stay on Schedule: Ensure all briefs and assets are delivered on time for seamless campaign execution.
- Analyse and Improve: Evaluate the performance of campaigns and content to refine future initiatives.
- Minimise Risks: Identify potential issues and solutions to ensure smooth project delivery, fostering win-win outcomes for MediaWorks and its clients.
- Streamline Processes: Maintain clear, accurate WIP documents and coordinate with scheduling for the seamless rollout of campaigns.

- Media Expertise: Experience in the media industry and a strong understanding of commercialising digital content.

- Technical Proficiency: Solid Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, confident in presenting ideas.
- Multi-Tasking Master: Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritising workloads, and achieving timely outcomes.
- Customer-Centric: Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, committed to exceeding client expectations.
